Fully off-grid solar systems with large solar arrays and storage capacity allows for each individual home to act as a stand-alone unit, maximizing self sufficiency.
Each homesite is equipped with its own bio-filter unit. These are 5 stage filtration systems that recycle all water that passes through a home, filtering it to 98-99% purity and reusing the water for irrigation. These systems create a second use for otherwise wasted water and dramatically increase the efficiency of a home and its landscaping.
